1. Seller
Products on this website are sold through LunaLuxe, 7 Rue de Fordangent, 31650 Saint-Orens-de-Gameville, France, email hajjamit@outlook.fr. LunaLuxe is an independent partner store of Sexy Little Robe, which fulfils and ships all orders.
2. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud, in which case you will be fully refunded.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is free on standard tracked shipping. Import duties and taxes that may be charged in your country are not included (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is taken securely at checkout.
4. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped by Sexy Little Robe. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email to hajjamit@outlook.fr before the deadline. Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, in the condition described in our Return & Refund Policy. We will refund the price paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof that they have been sent. The direct cost of returning the items is your responsibility unless stated otherwise. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or are no longer in their original condition may be refused or have their refund reduced to reflect any loss in value.
6. Returns beyond the legal period
In addition to your legal rights, you can request a return within 30 days of shipping under our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects applicable in your country. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.
8. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at hajjamit@outlook.fr and we will do our best to resolve it. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
