LunaLuxe is an independent partner store of Sexy Little Robe. All products sold on this website are designed, fulfilled and shipped directly by Sexy Little Robe.
Who ships your order
Every order placed on LunaLuxe is prepared and shipped directly by Sexy Little Robe from its own warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Processing time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Pre-order items ship according to the date shown on the product page. During sales and busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: carrier, customs and weather delays are outside our control and are not included in these estimates.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Morocco and most countries of the European Union.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders are shipped internationally by Sexy Little Robe. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your local authorities or the carrier. Any such charges are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
You can follow your parcel with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or on our Track My Order page.
Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships. If your parcel arrives damaged, is lost in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hajjamit@outlook.fr with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will resolve it with Sexy Little Robe.
