LunaLuxe is an independent partner store of Sexy Little Robe. All products sold on this website are designed, fulfilled and shipped directly by Sexy Little Robe.
Returns are handled in line with Sexy Little Robe's return policy, because all products are fulfilled by the brand.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your item ships to request a return for a refund. After this period, eligible items can be returned for store credit.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unworn, with all tags attached, in their original packaging, and free of make-up, deodorant, perfume and pet hair.
- Items returned with pet hair are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items with make-up, deodorant or perfume cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a flat-rate return shipping cost (currently US$8.99 under the brand's policy). Your bank may need a few extra days to process the refund.
Exchanges
Return shipping is free for exchanges. Your replacement ships at no extra cost once the original item has been received and inspected.
Final sale items
Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded. They are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
How to start a return
Email us at hajjamit@outlook.fr with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will send you the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, as described in our Terms of Sale.
